We came to Martinsburg, WV for a house-hunting trip. We had a few houses that we wanted to look at, but soon realized that we needed the help of a realtor in order to make the best use of our time. A quick search and two phone-calls later put in touch with Cindy. She spent the next 1 1/2 days with us helping us refine our search, setting up showings and educating us on the area. She quickly grasped what we were looking for in a house and location. After 1 1/2 days of searching, we hadn’t found ‘the house’. Our last night in-town, Cindy texted and suggested that we look at a new new home that was being built. The next morning, she met us at the house at 7:30 a.m. and by 9:00 a.m. we had put an offer on the home and we were picking out our kitchen cabinets and countertops. While we had found our new home, it was time to travel back to Tennessee to begin the packing/moving process. Buying a home can be a stressful experience. Going through the process from 800 miles away can certainly add to the stress and anxiety of the experience. Cindy was communicative through the entire process without being overbearing. She used her experience/knowledge to guide us through the entire home-buying process up through closing. My best day ever was the day I picked up a direct mail flyer from Team Reeder with REALTOR Cindy Clipps’ picture on it. That flyer opened the door to an immensely fruitful and satisfying sale of our house in Frederick. Poorly prepared for the task of selling the house I realized I needed help. Team Reeder’s flyer landed in my mailbox so I decided to call Cindy to see what a realtor had to say. She met me an hour later, walked around the property, toured the interior, and said she would return the next day with some numbers.
